Sodder's Svelton Manor is an all suite Resort having 27 premium deluxe suites. The resort is strategically located just 500 meters from main Calangute Beach and is located behind Newton Super Market (opp. Kamat Holiday Homes). Each suite is tastefully designed with wrought Iron furniture and an array of mix and match colours for the walls. All suites consists of 2 rooms a bedroom and a sitting room. Each suit has 2 television, a fridge and the bedroom is air-conditioned. A small pantry with tea coffee maker is also provided. Each suits also has a balcony and all rooms are pool facing. To maximise the feel of comfort all rooms also comes with stress free mattress an imported comforters & pillows.

The living room comes with a sofa cum bed thus making all suits suitable for triple occupancy.
